Conexant Starlogic 56K USB Driver. I downloaded the driver. Opened the file and it began to install itself. When however it got to XP recognizing the driver it didn't of course, so I had to tell it to install anyway. It works great!! I've been averaging 40K and above! (This is after spending hours trying to get the software that came with the modem to work)
