Microsoft realtek / generic rtl8019 or ne2000 compatible Driver. This is basically the driver for an ISA NE2000 compatible network card taken from Windows 2000. MS no longer support ISA devices with XP, but I've got my old ISA Realtek RTL8019 NE2000 compatible network card working fine in XP with this driver. You can do without the .in_ file, that's just a compressed version of the .inf, also included.
