C-Media CMI8738 Driver. Upgraded a PC-Chips M748LMRT to WinXP. Used this driver for the onboard Audio device (CMI8738). Easy install, no special tricks. Used Device Manager to select the Audio device, selected Update Driver option, and pointed to the location where I'd already saved the unzipped driver files.
