SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
Note If you are installing the device running WinXP, you may encounter a notification stating this device has not passed the Windows XP logo testing. Select "Continue Anyway" to complete the installation. (Setup will ask you 3 times).
IMPORTANT!!! To avoid installations problems, please install the software FIRST before connecting the camera to your PC.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
* Ensure you BIOS has the USB port option ENABLED.
* REMOVE or UNINSTALL any previous drivers in the "DEVICE MANAGER" located under "SYSTEM PROPERTIES" which can be found in the "CONTROL PANEL" off of the "START" button.
