Aspen Technology URTC1000 Driver. Works on Serial or USB. Not sure of OS versions except XP Home cause I'm using on it now.
File Contents: I found this thru google thru a guy that had found it cause he needed it. The link was to an archive of the Aspen Website that is no longer active. It was a fluke that I found it so I figured I'd help out anyone else that's looking for it.
