Cmedia (CMI) 8338 Driver. This should work with windows 95,98,Me,2000,xp. Uninstall any former drivers for the device, then unzip. Using device manager, find the device and update driver. There are better explanations, just browse through the other xp drivers for this model that are dated prior to mine.
