Broadcom BCM4318 Driver. I looked everywhere for a driver for the BCM4318EKFBG, I found this driver pack from dell and there's a working driver in there. Dell's install utility wouldn't launch, but once the files are unpacked you can point windows to search for the driver in that location and it works great. Hope this helps someone.
