AverMedia TV PVR Video Decoder Driver. tried may ways to download this driver from www.aver.com pages! found at the end ) my way to download it! as a user living out of US & Canada! We need the same drivers as our friends in US and Canada to make our video cards, etc work, that we have purchased! i'll try to upload other drivers for avermedia for WinXp!
